Welcome to NetLabNow. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of digital literacy and IT safety education programs, info products and goods offered at netlabnow.pro. By enrolling, purchasing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our site and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming binding agreements. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.

2. Services

NetLabNow provides live and recorded digital literacy and IT safety education programs. Descriptions of each program, schedule and fees are detailed on our site.

3. Info Products

Info products include downloadable guides, e-books, templates and recorded webinars. You gain immediate access upon purchase.

4. Goods

Physical items, such as training kits and branded materials, may be ordered through our online store.

5. Payments and Fees

All fees are denominated in Kuwaiti Dinar. Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major electronic payment methods. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

6. Refund Policy

At NetLabNow we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review the detailed refund provisions below:

6.1 Services

If you cancel any live program at least seven days before its start date, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days. You may also reschedule your enrollment once at no extra charge if you notify us at least five days prior to the original date. Live one-on-one coaching sessions are nonrefundable due to dedicated resource allocation, but may be rescheduled with at least five days’ notice.

6.2 Info Products

Digital downloads qualify for a refund request within seven days of purchase provided no content has been accessed. To request a refund, submit a request through our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery if defective or damaged. Please submit a request via our contact form with photos and order details. Once approved, we will supply a prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or request a new date for services by notifying us using the contact form. Fees for rescheduling services late may apply as detailed on the program page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NetLabNow’s liability for any claim relating to these terms or our offerings shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service, info product or good that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Al Asimah Governorate.
